At Ehmann Printworx, we have developed a symbiosis which demands that
our sales and customer service representatives are completely familiar
with the intricacies of bringing our clients' projects from conception
to delivery. Which, we believe, differs markedly from the accepted concept
of "sales." We think of a sales person as one who wishes to
find customers for an existing product. Not so in our business. Our
clients do not buy a product we have in stock. Instead, they retain
us to produce something uniquely suited to further their business, be
that brochures, booklets, supersized graphics, posters or whatever.
Thus, our sales and customer service representatives consult with production
staff on behalf of their clients until the project, whatever it may
consist of, is delivered into the hands of those clients.
Each one of our representatives, while familiar with all processes,
specializes in one specific area of our output and, thus, has a thorough
understanding of that process.
